These terms explain how BeamBerry handles orders, custom products, payments, delivery, returns, refunds and complaints.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to all orders placed through BeamBerry by consumers. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
3. Products and Custom Orders
BeamBerry sells prefab and custom-made acrylic LED signs. Some products are standard products, while others are personalized and produced according to the customer’s choices, uploaded files, photos, text, size or design instructions.
For custom orders, the customer is responsible for supplying usable files and correct information. Low-resolution images, unclear photos, spelling mistakes, wrong sizes or incomplete instructions can affect the final result. We may contact you if something appears unclear, but the customer remains responsible for the material and instructions provided.
By uploading a design, photo, logo or illustration, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe someone else’s rights.
4. Prices, Payment and Order Confirmation
Prices, shipping costs and available payment methods are shown during checkout before you place your order. Orders are processed after successful payment. After placing an order, you receive an order confirmation by email.
If an obvious pricing, stock or technical error appears on the website, we may correct it and contact you before processing the order.
5. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup options are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment.
Delivery times are estimates. Because some products depend on manual production, external stock or carrier handling, delays can happen. We will do our best to keep you informed if your order takes longer than expected.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
For standard, non-personalized products, consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.
The returned product must be unused, undamaged, complete and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or we delivered the wrong item.
Custom-made or personalized products: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized for you. This includes custom acrylic LED signs based on your uploaded file, text, photo, size or design choices. This does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective or damaged.
7. Refunds
For eligible returns, we refund the amount due after we have received and inspected the returned product, or after you provide proof that the product has been sent back. Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
We may reduce the refund if the returned product has been handled more than necessary to inspect it or if it is returned damaged, incomplete or used.
8. Warranty and Complaints
Consumers are entitled to the legal warranty for manufacturing defects under Belgian consumer law. This can include, for example, a defective LED base under normal use.
Please report visible delivery damage or defects as soon as possible by email, preferably with photos and your order number. Reporting quickly helps us solve the issue faster, but it does not remove your statutory warranty rights.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage or damage caused by unauthorized modifications are not covered.
9. Liability
BeamBerry is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or damage caused by incorrect customer files, wrong instructions, misuse or installation outside the intended use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under Belgian consumer law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If a dispute arises, we first invite you to contact us so we can try to find a practical solution.
